Kim trained in Australia in Hospitality Management and is currently completing her second degree at the London School of Economics. Kim’s background in hospitality management has been valuable in developing new systems and introducing new ideas related to patient customer care in dental practices.Kim regularly visits practices we work with offering marketing support, training and treatment coordination with patients. Her commitment and enthusiasm about her work can be very contagious.
