About Us

The VSS team currently consists of ten people with either specialist qualifications or wide experience in their chosen field. Between us we are able to offer implants, prosthodontics, minor oral surgery, IV sedation, treatment for TMD and hygiene and therapy. Our specialists and dentists are able to attend client surgeries with their own dental nurses or provide the necessary training to your staff. To read the biographies of VSS personnel, go to Our team
Established by oral surgeon Fadi Barrak in 2003, the philosophy behind VSS is straightforward: by referring specialists into practices, the care and management of the patient remain in-house, as does the goodwill. The VSS team believe they should provide the level of service that they would want for themselves and, as a result, VSS has forged strong business relationships with client practices, already numbering more than 30.

FAQ's

How do you book appointments? How does your pricing work?
  • We have an online booking system which allows you to view and choose the specialist and the treatment required.
  • The online booking system automatically sets the time, the cost and gives you to criteria required for each treatment that you book in.
  • You can of course also call us and book the specialist over the phone.
  • Specialist fees are fixed and transparent (time and cost are built in within the online booking system) and provided in the information pack which can be requested from the VSS home page.
Do you provide equipment? Do you provide nurses?
  • It’s up to you. Equipment and materials can be brought along by the specialist or stocked by the practice. Charges for all consumables are in the information pack.
  • VSS can supply dental nurses or your dental nurses can be involved. Where required, your dental nurses will be trained, thereby motivating and even involving them in treatment coordination.
Who manages the administration, invoicing & lab fees? Can specialists be contacted?
  • VSS takes care of all the relevant administration, including payment of laboratory fees.
  • Itemised invoices will be sent on a monthly basis.
  • Yes. The most efficient way to contact VSS team members is by email. In case of an emergency, please call the VSS number and the PA will pass on a message to the relevant specialist.
  • There will also be a mobile number given to patients and your practice for out-of-hours advice on any patients who have been treated.
